    Given that the strong, universal sex urge is basically about reproduction, contraception seems to contravene our basic function: to breed like rabbits!

    If our basic function is dysfunctional then...

    RE anonymous: I think that men and women should have the right to plan their family.

    RE daniel:

    The biological urge to engage in sexual activity in natural and I agree that it is most probably there in order to increase the chances of reproduction.

    But, as we have knowledge concerning the likelihood of conception, we are able to make decisions prior to the event.

    I don't see anything dysfunctional about not breeding.
