The Mystery of the Belly Buttons It has been a long time. I haven't posted here for ages and it certainly doesn't help when one forgets the password in order to access the blog and moderate it. If there is anyone out there who tunes in occasionally to see what I have to warble on about, I am here and contemplating what article to write next as well as intermittently contemplating my navel.
Hmmm - Maybe Adam and Eve didn't have navels? A-hah, perhaps that is the next post! As forethought on this, I shall post an attractive artistic representation concerning said subject.
Not a navel in sight. Though they do appear a little "artificial."

ReplyDeleteI've always found it more enjoyable to contemplate another's navel. My own is far too misinformative, if indeed a bit less troublesome.
ReplyDeleteActually, I was wondering if Adam had a penis. After all.. would he have needed one when he was created? (No women)
ReplyDeleteIf he had one (plus testicles) then it wouldn't have been surprising that he longed for female company.
If he didn't have one, at what point did God add it? "Here's a penis, go forth and multiply."?

So, it seems 1. no belly buttons and no penis or testicles.
Well, to be frank, the later always looked a bit like afterthoughts.
Afterthoughts! Guess that explains how when peops say "grow some balls, man!" what they usually really mean is "go ahead, do something stupid!"

Beep has left the world, I'm sorry to say. She died April 23, 2010 after fighting cancer for an extended time. I miss her.
